What do you need from us?

One first-party customer file with addresses or ZIP codes and order dates. Around 5,000 customers and 18 months of history is the sweet spot. If you share your paid spend by ZIP, we strip that out too, so an advertised market never reads as organic.

How fast do we get the targeting?

You get the targeting files and the backtest within days of your upload, not weeks. The measured lift follows once your campaign has run and we have the holdout to compare against.

Are we locked into a contract?

No. The proof is one campaign, one fee. The annual has no multi-year lock and cancels with 30 days notice. Your data leaves with you whenever you go.

What if we only run a campaign or two a year?

Skip the annual. Start with the proof, then add measured campaigns when you need them. The annual only pays off once you are running through the year.

Can our agency or mail house run it?

Yes. We hand the targeting files to whoever executes, your team, your agency or your mail house. We are the targeting layer and we never touch execution.

Will you guarantee a return?

No. We supply targeting, you run the campaign, and the creative and the offer are yours. We prove the lift against a holdout so you can see what we moved, but we never promise a number we cannot defend.

Do you need our customers' names?

Only to map them. Emails are hashed, addresses are encrypted and used once to find the ZIP, and the file we hand back is geography. Contacts never leave.

What if the signal is not there?

We tell you. Some brands do not have enough yet, and we will say so rather than sell you a map of guesses. That honesty is the whole point of us.
